Information you provide: When you use our tax analysis tool, you provide details about your work setup including countries of residence and work, work type, payment methods, and income range. If you opt to save your results or purchase a guide, we collect your email address.

Payment information: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

Automatically collected: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. This helps us improve our service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: generate your personalized tax analysis, deliver purchased guides to your email, send your saved results, improve our service and content, and communicate service-related updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Email addresses and form submissions are processed through encrypted connections. Free analysis inputs and results may be temporarily cached on our servers for up to 24 hours to improve performance. Paid report data is stored for up to 12 months so you can re-access your guide, and is then automatically deleted. Shared report links also expire after this period. Email addresses provided for result delivery or newsletter opt-in are retained until you unsubscribe.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Upstash Redis for temporary data caching and storage, Resend for email delivery, Google Analytics for anonymized site analytics (loaded only with your consent), and Anthropic's Claude API for generating tax analysis content. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@workglobal.it.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
